FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
You can view my current availability when you click the "book now" button at the bottom of this page. Don't see a time that works for you? Send me a message and we will work it out!
When is my payment due?
Your deposit is due within one week of booking your session in order to hold your slot. The remaining balance is due at the time of your photo session.
I can accept payment through Venmo, ApplePay, Zelle, or Cash/Check.
What is your turnaround time?
My goal is to always have your photos in your hands within 2 weeks.
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive an email with a link and a password to your personal, protected webpage. Your photos will be displayed there along with an easy, one-click link to download all the photos directly to your computer. You can share the link and password with family and friends too!
What is your cancellation policy?
If the client chooses to cancel their session, they will not be returned their deposit. In the event of sickness, a family emergency, or rain, clients will be able to reschedule their session at no additional cost. Please understand that SarahTaylor Photography is often booked a month in advance and it may take time to reschedule.
